Thawing Product
Thaw sealed product in refrigerator 12-24 hours prior to cooking.
For faster thawing: Submerge sealed tub 3/4 in cold water changing water every 30 minutes. Run cold water on top of the tub.
Caution! Never thaw product in room temperature on counter or thaw using HOT water!!
*Once thawed, prepare and cook the entire container as there are no added preservatives. DO NOT Re-FREEZE!

Preparation Tips
1. Break two food safety seals on tub. 2. Open container and stir batter well. 3. Heat cooking oil to 350 degrees in medium-size pot. 4. Using a teaspoon, scoop batter to form balls. 5.Place balls in preheated cooking oil & cook for 5-7 minutes of until golden brown, turning fritter over half way through the cooking process.6. Fritter is done when the inside is fluffy and the outside has a slight crunch!Enjoy our delicious Conch Fritters!
